This Privacy Policy explains what data the Garagely application (“App”) collects, how it processes that data, and what your rights are. By using the App, you accept this policy.
This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Republic of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Garagely is a local-first application. This means that the data you enter into the App is stored in your device’s local storage and is not sent to the Developer’s servers.
The Developer cannot access any of the following content you enter into the App:
None. The App does not collect analytics, crash reports, usage metrics, or any similar telemetry.
The following data is stored only on your device:
Subscription and payment transactions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The privacy policies of these stores apply:
Stores may share aggregated/anonymous subscription status, purchase history, and billing information with the Developer. The Developer does not have access to individual users’ payment details.
When you contact us at support@garagely.app, your email address and the content of your message are retained for the duration of the support request and are not used for any purpose other than providing support.
The App may request the following device permissions. Permissions are used only with your consent and only for the purpose required by the feature:

The App does not request location (GPS), contacts, microphone, health data, or advertising identifiers.

Garagely shows no advertisements and collects no analytics telemetry.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 is using the App, please let us know.
Because all your data is on your device, you can exercise the following rights independently:

Your data resides on your device; no international transfer takes place. Only the stores (App Store / Play Store) process subscription and payment data within their own infrastructure — their respective policies apply.
If this policy is updated, you will be notified from the related App Store. The “Last updated” date is shown at the top.
